Silver Springs Baptist Church, Lebanon Road at Benders Ferry, Mt. Juliet will be hosting Eric Horner in concert Sunday, July 14 at 6:00 p.m. This will be an opportunity to hear this gifted musician, who resides in Mt. Juliet.
Eric, a native of Paducah, Kentucky, began playing guitar at an early age and had Steven Curtis Chapman as his first teacher. At the age of nineteen, Horner came to Nashville like many with the dream of being a professional songwriter and musician. His dream came true touring for seventeen years with artists such as, Lee Greenwood, Shania Twain, Wynonna Judd, and Brad Paisley.
In 2002 though, Eric began to feel a call on his life to return to his Gospel music roots. Since then, Eric and his wife, Debby, spend over 250 days a year ministering in churches and military bases.
Pastor Russ Stephens and the Silver Springs Church family invite all area residents to join them for a night of Christian music. If you would like to learn more about Eric and even listen to his music go to www.erichorner.com.
Silver Springs’ building is handicap accessible. There is no admission charge, however a love offering will be received to support and encourage Eric in his music ministry.
