Book reading features Mt. Juliet resident at Books A Million PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, June 17, 2014

A book reading and author signing will be held in the Providence Books A Million  store on Friday, June 20, 4-6 p.m.

The Quig Arrives, a children’s book for early readers, will be read by the author, Sandra Sahli.

Sahli is a former teacher at Tulip Grove Elementary.

The Quig Arrives was released by Mascot books in March and it details the arrival  of the first Quig on Earth.

The storyline was developed from a collaborative  project between Sahli and her sister, Susan Bowerman, a Mt. Juliet resident.

The adorable Quig character was created by Bowerman and it is a cross  between a Koala and a pig.

The Quig has a very important message to children everywhere – he has arrived on Planet Earth to teach meaningful character lessons.

Everyone is invited to come to this fun event.
