The board of Encore Theatre Company, Wilson County’s community theatre, is pleased to announce a new first prize has been added to their list of prizes in their upcoming “Phantom Ball” Saturday night, Oct. 13.
David Stephens of Kimber Dawn Gardens (formerly Juliet’s Wedding Chapel) in Mt. Juliet has offered a candlelight wedding ceremony and reception inside the theatre, a $1600 value, for the 1st Prize drawing at Encore’s Phantom Ball, in addition to the Grand Prize of $1,000 (in a reverse drawing). “I wanted to do something to help this charming Theatre in Wilson County,” Stated Stephens, “so I figured the best way is to offer a wedding and reception in the theatre. Encore’s board agreed. We are excited to help a lucky couple win a unique wedding.”The first prize will consist of a decorated altar area on the theatre’s stage with candelabrum and columns, recorded pre-ceremony and ceremony music. The rehearsal and wedding event are to be scheduled around other theater events. The bride can dress in the theatre’s “Green Room” and there is no limit on the attendants. Plus, an ordained minister can also be supplied. The Candlelight Reception will include a tiered wedding cake, fruit punch, mints and mixed nuts along with recorded reception music. This package does not include a marriage license or a photographer, but Kimber Dawn Gardens will be happy to work with the bride and groom to provide one for hire, as well as fresh flowers and any additional reception catering. “It will be a unique wedding and reception for any bride and groom,” concluded Stephens.
