Suicide is preventable. That is the message that the Living Hope Foundation is trying to get out, and they will host an event on Nov. 17. That day, at Charlie Daniels Park, they will host the Spice4Life Festival from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. to help bring the awareness to the problem which has taken the lives of several Wilson County teens over the last few years, as well as many across the nation. The Living Hope Foundation believes if people know what to look for, they can talk people out of taking that tragic step, and get them the help they need. Nov. 17 will be a day of learning, but also live music, a chili cook off competition with celebrity judges, inflatables for the kids, TV/Radio Coverage, food, games, face painting, guest speakers, drama by Mt. Juliet High School, classic car and motorcycle show and a live auction. Faith Church is also a sponsor of the event. |
