Walk with Ease offered at MJSAC

Certified Instructor, Deb Walter will lead a six weeks program for those with arthritis. The program is designed to educate individuals on successful physical activity for people with arthritis. The class also addresses how to develop a safe ongoing aerobic fitness program while managing their disease.

MJ's Bates wins floral award

Kathy Bates, a floral designer at Rebel Hill Florist, is the 2012 winner of the Charles Owen Memorial Scholarship Trophy awarded by the Central Tennessee Professional Florist Association (CTPFA).   Bates won the trophy based on a design competition and interview, and received $1,500 to be used for continued professional education.
