Michael Theodore Griffith, Jr., 40, Old Hickory, died Thursday, Sept. 27. 

Griffith was a 12 year employee of Publix. He was preceded in death by his sister, Michelle Benge.

He is survived by: mother, Charlotte Ivalene Sparks; father, Michael Theodore Griffith, Sr.; sister, Barbara (Kenneth Moles, III) Perry; niece, Sierra Geier; nephew, Michael Benge.

Visitation was Saturday with a Prayer Service following at Bond Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in Ohio.
