Bessie Velma McDaniel, 92, died Friday, Dec. 21. 

McDaniel was a member of Mt. Juliet Church of Christ and Main Street Church of Christ in Manchester. She was the daughter of the late, Delbert Alonzo and Elizabeth Paralee Swanger Sissom. Mrs. McDaniel was also preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by: daughters, Judy (Carl) McNichols of Jefferson, Ga. and Lisa (Jeff) Brown of Lebanon; grandchildren, Matthew Jefferson Brown and Clair Elizabeth Brown; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Sunday, Dec. 23 at Pocahontas Church of Christ. Interment followed at Hopewell Cemetery.

Visitation was Saturday at Bond Memorial Chapel and prior to services Sunday at the church.
