Andy Louis Smith, 58, Mt. Juliet, died Thursday, Jan. 3. 

Smith is the son of the late, Lonnie Louis and Rosie Kent Smith.

He is survived by: children, Dustin Smith and Candy Smith; sister, Linda Canter; great-granddaughter, Meleah Bagley.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10 at Bond Memorial Chapel with Rev. Chuck Groover officiating.
