Barbara R. Odom, 55, passed away Nov. 25 peacefully at her home.
Odom loved life and always knew how to have a good time. Her smile, laugh and personality were infectious. She was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, Loy and Eldray Arnold; sisters, Rhonda Muye and Elizabeth Rice; brother Charlie Grimes.
She is survived by her husband, Joey Odom; sons, Jason Lawrence (Kelly), Joshua Odom and Justin Odom.
A memorial service and burial will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Wilson County Funeral Home. Family visitation will beheld Thursday from 3 to 4 p.m. proceeded by public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Wilson County Funeral Home. William E. Smoot, Jr. 67, Nashville, died Sunday, Nov. 25.
Smoot was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during Vietnam. He retired from Bell South after 38 years of service. Smoot was the son of the late, William E. Smoot, Sr. and Dixie Seal Smoot. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Terry Smoot.
He is survived by: son, Robbie (Jennifer) Smoot; daughter, Cindy (John) Myers; step-son, Tommy (Lisa) Fuller; brother, Joe (Jenny) Smoot; grandchildren, William, Riley, Hannah, Hailey, Destiny and Lee.
Funeral services will be conducted 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29 at Bond Memorial Chapel with Greg Moser officiating. Interment with military honors will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.

Katherine Monette Davis, 91, Mt. Juliet, died Monday, Nov. 19.
Davis was a member of the Mt. Juliet Senior Citizen Center. She was the daughter of the late, Chester and Bessie Williams Roberts. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Davis and her brothers, Howard Roberts, Ray Roberts and Dale Roberts.

Roy Davis Hall, 79, Mt. Juliet, died Wednesday, Nov. 14.
Hall was born Sept. 13, 1933 to the late, Vernon and Callie Ford Hall. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church and veteran of the U.S. Army. In 1996, he retired from the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation with 35 years of service. Hall enjoyed coaching baseball and softball in the Mt. Juliet Little League, as well as the Junior Pro football program. He played baseball and football in his younger years, and he played softball with his church team until age 70. Mr. Hall was also preceded in death by his brothers, Paul, Troy and Darmon Hall and his sisters, Isabelle Birchett, Christine Jones and Ruth Green.
