Paul Francis Karlewicz, 66, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died Thursday, Sept. 20. 

Ret. Col. Andrew J. Waynick, III, of Mt. Juliet, passed away Sept. 20 at the age of 81. 

Sheryl Ann Noe Cunningham, 41, Mt. Juliet, died Wednesday, Sept. 12. 

Michael Fuqua, 56, born May 16, 1956, made the journey home Tuesday, Sept. 11. 

A memorial service was Friday, Sept. 14 at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Caryl Strange offficiating. Visitation with the family was prior to the service. 

Fuqua is survived by: mother, Shirley Fuqua of Mt. Juliet; father, Larry (Doris) Fuqua of Springhill, Fla.; wife, Patricia Fuqua of Monteagle; step-daughter, Melissa King; granddaughter, Kaelyn Roach; brother, Avery (Cheryl) Fuqua; nephews, Seth Fuqua and Micah Wallace; niece, Jennifer (Kyle) Noyed; great-niece, Kapree Fuqua; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by step-father, Radford Greenwood.
