Mary E. Gleaves, 91, of Mt. Juliet, died Saturday, March 16. 

Gleaves was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church. She was the daughter of the late, Walter Oscar and Lola Choate Latham. Mrs. Gleaves was also preceded in death by her husbands, George T. Pearson, Sr. and Wallace A. Gleaves; son, George T. Pearson, Jr. and grandson, Terry W. Pearson.

She is survived by: children, Billy (Kitty) Pearson, Cheryl Easley and Georgette Simmons; grandchildren, Julie (Tim) Sherrill, Jay (Anne) Parkhurst, Joseph Parkhurst, Jade (Casey) Bowman, Jeanne (John) Collard, Steve (Mitzi) Pearson, Robert W. Pearson, John (Michelle) Sloan, Michele (Keith) Batson, Andrea (Bob) Murphy, Trey (April) Pearson and Tommy (Erica) Pearson; 31 Great-grandchildren

Father Joseph Patrick Breen will celebrate the Mass of the Resurrection 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at St. Edward Catholic Church, 188 Thompson Ln., Nashville, TN. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Dan Alan Goostree,  57, Lebanon, died Wednesday, March 13. Dan was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Lucille Brown Goostree. 

He is survived by: father, William A. Goostree; Love of His Life, Paige Easter; brother, Mark (Sheila) Goostree; sisters, Carolyne (Butch) Humphreys and Robin (Bill) George; nephews and nieces, Tony, Ivan, Clay, Tyler, Dani Caral and Teresa; several great-nephews and nieces, sweet dog, Pepper.

The family received friends Saturday, March 16 at Riverwood Church of Christ, 1904 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN.

Gaylord Eugene Hallmark, 60, Lebanon, died Wednesday, March 13. 

Hallmark was a member of Green Hill Church and the Wilson County Saddle Club. 

He is survived by: parents, Richard and Geraldine Stillwell Hallmark; companion, Margaret Estes; son, Craig Hallmark; daughter, Amber Hallmark-Kalla; brother, Wes Hallmark; grandchildren, Jax, Haylee and Caylee.

Funeral services were Saturday, March 16 at Green Hill Church, 13251 Lebanon Road, Mt. Juliet, TN with Jerry Williams, Sr. officiating. Graveside services were Monday, March 18 at Rose Hill Cemetery, Chickasha, OK.

Visitation was hour prior to service time Saturday.

Beulah Lee Boren Sweeton, 93, Mt. Juliet, died Saturday, March 16. 

She is survived by: children, E.H. (Bobbie) Sweeton, Jimmy (Joyce) Sweeton and Joann Sweeton (Roger) Clark, brother, Fred (Shirley) Boren, seven grandchildren, 15 Great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were Monday, March 18, at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens.

John Travis Watson, 31, passed away March 10. 

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Marshall E. Allen, D.B. Watson and Nancy Lee Watson and Richard S. Reece. 

He is survived by: parents, John B. Watson (Gladys) and Joyce Allen Reece (John); sister, Angela Dawn Gilbert (James Anderson); Fiance, Rebecca Carol Fowler; grandmothers, Allene Allen and Margie Lois Reece; stepchildren, Hilary Leigh, Lynn Fields, Skylar Storm, Leon Lawrence, Michele Allen (Michael) and Carmen Goodman (Jerry); stepbrother, Richard E. Reece; host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends. 

A funeral service was  conducted 10 a.m. Thursday, March 14 at the Hermitage Funeral Home with Celebrant Wendell Poole officiating. Burial followed in the Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family was Wednesday, March 13 and prior to the service at the funeral home. “Fly High and Race Fast.”
