Paul Foster passed away  May 7, at age 72.
 
Foster may have been best known as the owner/operator of Gallatin’s Tastee Freez, a popular fast food hangout that any teenager from the 70s will certainly recall with fond memories. The Tastee Freez was also responsible for making pizza, a popular treat in the local area. Later in life, he transitioned into the construction business where he enjoyed working alongside his sons, Terry and Tommy.

David Robert Mills, age 75, Nashville, died Saturday, May 5. Mills was a member of Victory Baptist Church and pastored in several churches for nearly 30 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was the manager of WYFN, a local radio station. Mills was the son of the late, Robert and Lena DeYoung Mills.

Winans was a member of Victory Baptist Church. He was a professional photographer and a former volunteer firefighter and EMT. Winans was preceded in death by his parents, Addison Scott and Margaret Dunn Winans; his wife, Debrah Winans and his mother-in-law, Franda Jean Roberts.
