Arthur Kevin Stewart, 62, Mt. Juliet, died April 4. 

Kevin was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Community. He graduated from Northwestern High School in Darlington, Penn. and was Vice President of Distributor Sales, North America at VF Imagewear, Inc. Kevin was the son of the late, Arthur Earl and Patricia Eales Stewart. He loved his faith, his family and hunting.

He is survived by: wife of 32 years, Karen Renee Stewart; sons, Arthur Aaron (Lori) Stewart and Adam Stewart; brothers, Karl (Judy) Stewart, P. Kreig (Joann) Stewart and M. Kelly (Diane) Stewart; sister, Karen Sadler; grandchild, Loralei Null; father-in-law, John Leopardo; sisters-in-law, Kathyrn (Bill) McKenzie, Sylvia (Jeff) Simon, Barbara (Greg) Martin and Elvy (Dave) Kirkham; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Mass was Wednesday, April 8 at St. Stephen Catholic Community, 14544 Lebanon Rd., Old Hickory, TN with Father Pat Kibby officiating. The Vigil was Tuesday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that memorials made to St. Stephen Catholic Community Building Fund, 14544 Lebanon Rd., Old Hickory, TN 37138.

Charles Franklin Barton, 81, Mt. Juliet,  died March 29. 

Barton was retired from the U.S. Marine Corps. During his military service he served a Temporary Duty Assignment at Camp David during the Kennedy Administration. Mr. Barton was also a member of the American Legion Post 88. He was the son of the late, William Ish and Dixie Rogers Barton. Barton was also preceded in death by his siblings, Harold Barton, Edward Barton, Ronald Barton and Helen Nickens. 

He is survived by: wife of 46 years, Helen Barton; step-son, Steven Vaughn; sister, Joan Perry; two grandchildren.

Graveside services with full military honors will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Nashville National Cemetery.

Annie Campbell, 97, Lebanon passed away April 6. 

She is preceded by husband, William Herschel Campbell; parents, Robert Edwin and Ida Belle Estes Cooksey. 

She is survived by: sons, Ralph (Nolene) Campbell and Wayne (Carolyn) Campbell; grandchildren, Ralph (Jackie) Campbell, II and Rachel (Brody) Ferrell; and great-grandson, Grant William Campbell and one great-granddaughter due in June.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 9 at 10:30 a.m. at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Billie Friel and Bro. Jon Hunn officiating. Interment will follow the service at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, April 8 from 4-8 p.m. and Thursday, April 9 from 9:30 a.m. until service.

Helen T. Eshbach, 90, Hermitage, died March 18. 

Eshbach was of the Catholic faith. She volunteered to take communion to the nursing home and visited with Alzheimer’s patients. She loved playing Bridge. Eshbach was preceded in death by her father and her mother, Helen O’Keefe Collin. She was also preceded in death by husband, Joseph W. Eshbach, Sr. in 1992 and her son, Joseph W. Eshbach, Jr. in 2010 and her sister, Pat O’Toole.

She is survived by: daughter, Lee (Gene) Elliott.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015 at the McKendree Manor Chapel, 4347 Lebanon Rd., Hermitage, TN. Visitation with the family will one hour prior to the service and immediately following the service until 4 p.m.

Edith Christine Gartin, 89, Mt. Juliet, died April 1. 

Garton was a member of Mt. Juliet Church of Christ. She was formerly employed by Sunbeam Bakery and Bill Crook’s Grocery. Mrs. Garton was the daughter of the late, Arthur B. “Luther and Annie Marie Buchli Coles. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Paul Garton and daughter, Cynthia Lynn Keckler. She was a super mom.

She is survived by: sons, Bryan (Pamela) Garton and Richard (Patti) Garton; daughters, Joyce (Mike) Swallows and Carolyn (Ricky) Gleaves; brothers, Dayton Coles and John Coles; sisters, Virginia Goosetree and Kitty Carillon; 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 8 at Woodlawn Memorial Park with Bro. David Shannon officiating.
