The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man in connection with several reported vehicle burglaries in subdivisions in the Langford Farms, Hidden Harbor and Saundersville Road area.

Jamie W. Stanfill, 37, was arrested on unrelated charges, and after investigation, admitted to approximately 25 car burglaries in Wilson County alone, as well as implicating himself in other burglaries in Mt. Juliet, Lebanon and Sumner County.

Stanfill would target subdivisions and random vehicles and the majority of the vehicles were unlocked, as  well as property that was taken was easily accessible and visible from outside the vehicle.

All evidence will be presented to the Wilson County Grand Jury for pending charges. The arrest and prosecution of Stanfill is a result of a collaborative effort of Wilson County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigators and patrol officers, as well as the officers of Mt. Juliet and Lebanon Police Departments.
