There will be a fundraiser Chili Cook Off Saturday, Nov. 3 at First Church of God at Mt. Juliet. Check in as at 2 p.m. with judging at 3 p.m. and eating at 4:30 p.m. A free family movie will follow. Cost is $5 per person, $25 maximum per family. Also, there will be the first annual open car and bike show. $15 entry fee for bikes and $20 for open cars. Viewing and voting begins at 10 a.m., with the awards at 3 p.m. A yard sale begins earlier that day at 8 a.m. First Church of God at Mt. Juliet is located at 109 Morningside Dr. in Mt. Juliet.
