The Mt. Juliet basketball teams had no trouble with Portland Friday. 

The girls won 57-22 and the boys won 78-43. 

Reagan Johnson led the way for the boys with 14 and Sally McCabe led the girsl with 16.

Central splits Friday, Saturday games

Wilson Central split with Lebanon and Arlington Friday and Saturday. 

The girls won both their games and the boys lost both of theirs. 

The girls were led by Dominique St. Louis’ 25 points in the win over Lebanon, and Kendall Spray’s 19 against Arlington. 

The boys got 11 points from Matthew Hall and Jacob Williams against Lebanon, and 21 from Williams against Arlington.

MJCA sweeps Trousdale Co, splits with Red Boiling Springs

Mt. Juliet Christian Academy swept Trousdale County Thursday, then split with Red Boiling Springs on Saturday.

Justus Willis had 25 points in the win over Trousdale County, Zack Jones had 22 in the loss to Red Boiling Springs. 

Meredith Orr and Lauren Wankel each had nine in the win over Trousdale County, and Wankel finished with 13 in the win over Red Boling Springs.
