9th Annual Walk for Life benefitting The Pregnancy Care Center
The Pregnancy Care Center is holding their 9th annual Walk for Life on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at the First Baptist Church, Mount Juliet.
The walk is one of the center’s largest fundraisers of the year and proves to be an enjoyable time for attendees.
The 2 mile walk consists of 4- half mile loops on the flat, paved campus of the church and MJCA. This non-competition walk is great for families with strollers or wheelchairs.
Everyone raising $150 or more in donations will receive a free T-shirt, and every dollar raised goes to directly benefit babies and families in the Wilson County and eastern Davidson County area.
The Pregnancy Care Center serves to empower individuals to make life-affirming decisions through education, counseling, and compassionate care, based on the ministry of Jesus Christ.
All services are free and confidential and include pregnancy tests, options education, group and individual parenting classes, material support for mother and baby, fatherhood resources and education, abortion recovery support, and sexual risk avoidance, STI, and relationship information.
The PCC is a 501(c)(3) and operates completely on donations from the community.
The Pregnancy Care Center is located at 4989 Lebanon Pike, Old Hickory, TN.
