Culver’s restaurant in Mt. Juliet to be operated by former college football coach
Former Vanderbilt football player and University of Iowa football coach, Eric Johnson, will be the co-owner and operator of the future Mt. Juliet Culver’s location.
After years of success in professional football playing and college football coaching, Johnson left the sports scene in early 2014 to be a partner in the Culver’s franchise.
Johnson’s reason for making such a bold move was for his family.
His sacrifice for his love of football shows the compassion he has to be a great father and man of the family.
Johnson stated that he needed more time to be a dad to his twin daughters and 7 month old son.
Johnson got his start with the franchise during the opening of the Hendersonville Culver’s location.
The Mt. Juliet location started its construction recently and has plans of completion by December.
The 4,300-square-foot restaurant will seat around 100 people. The location will have an outside patio area to host the large expected capacity of consumers.
