Innocent Wilson County man wrongfully convicted 31 years ago denied exoneration by TN Board of Parole
Wilson County resident, Lawrence McKinney, had his record wiped clean after 31 years in prison after being wrongfully convicted of a crime more than three decades ago.
The Tennessee Board of Parole unanimously voted a negative recommendation against the innocent man.
McKinney’s lawyer, Jack Lowery, has requested the exoneration case be passed on to Governor, Bill Haslam.
