Culver’s butter-burgers and fresh frozen custard arrive in Mt. Juliet
Mt. Juliet, TN (Grassroots Newswire) November 21, 2016 — The wait is over: Culver’s® of Mt. Juliet will open its doors on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 10:30 am. Known for its famous ButterBurger® and creamy frozen custard, the restaurant serves fast casual food cooked-to-order. and The restaurant is located at 35 Old Pleasant Grove Road. Hours of operation are 10:30am to 10:00pm every day with the exception of a few holidays.

Johnson is no stranger to Culver’s. After coaching college football his entire life, Culver’s was an exciting change for Johnson, his wife, Patsy, their twin daughters, Jamie and Sydney, and their son Robert. Two years ago, Johnson and his partners, Jarratt Bell and Ray Render (a native Mt. Julian) opened Culver’s of Hendersonville. In March 2016, they also became owners of Culver’s of Franklin. will be on hand to cut the ribbon to the new restaurant.
Culver’s signature sandwich and guest-favorite, the ButterBurger®, is made with 100% fresh, never frozen, U.S. beef made cooked-to-order and topped with a lightly buttered and toasted bun.
Culver’s Fresh Frozen Custard gets its legendary creamy decadence from high-quality, fresh Wisconsin dairy from which every batch is crafted throughout the day. In addition to making their own creations, guests can customize their desserts with more than 30 mix-ins and toppings. Every day Culver’s offers three flavors of frozen custard: vanilla, chocolate and a Flavor of the Day.
The restaurant also features many other delicious choices, including real Wisconsin cheese curds, a dairy land delicacy, fresh garden salads as well as chicken and fish sandwiches and dinners. Kid’s meals are also available.

Culver’s restaurant in Mt. Juliet to be operated by former college football coach
Former Vanderbilt football player and University of Iowa football coach, Eric Johnson, will be the co-owner and operator of the future Mt. Juliet Culver’s location.
After years of success in professional football playing and college football coaching, Johnson left the sports scene in early 2014 to be a partner in the Culver’s franchise.
Johnson’s reason for making such a bold move was for his family.
His sacrifice for his love of football shows the compassion he has to be a great father and man of the family.
Johnson stated that he needed more time to be a dad to his twin daughters and 7 month old son.
Johnson got his start with the franchise during the opening of the Hendersonville Culver’s location.
The Mt. Juliet location started its construction recently and has plans of completion by December.
The 4,300-square-foot restaurant will seat around 100 people. The location will have an outside patio area to host the large expected capacity of consumers.
