Dairy Queen is back

The new DQ Grill & Chill, owned and operated by Dairy Queen’s largest franchisee, Fourteen Foods, will have its ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, March 8, at 10 a.m.

The restaurant was originally set to open on March 7, but was delayed. The restaurant will be open to customers at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 8.

Bringing Dairy Queen back to the area, Fourteen Foods has put a heavy-emphasis on a fast-casual restaurant model, the DQ Grill & Chill, to create the perfect destination for any special occasion or family outing.

“Mt. Juliet is a strong community and we’re proud to be able to bring DQ back,” said Will Connell, community marketing manager for Fourteen Foods. “Everyone who remembers going to Dairy Queen has their own DQ story, and now families in the area will be able to make new memories while enjoying DQ classics like Dip Cones, Dilly Bars and Blizzards®, along with several unique menu items you can’t get anywhere else.”

The new DQ Grill & Chill is located at 1420 N. Mt. Juliet Road, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122, and will be opening on Wednesday, March 8,  at 6 a.m. The first 100 customers who purchase  breakfast will get free Blizzards for a year! The new location will also serve delicious breakfast every day.
