The Wilson County Veterans Museum will celebrate its grand opening Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017. Please help us show our community’s appreciation for those people who have made the museum possible.
You are invited to come and enjoy a musical program at 4 p.m. prior to the opening ceremony at 4:30 p.m. The State of Tennessee’s Adjutant General Terry M. “Max” Haston and Veteran’s Services Commissioner Many-Bears Grinder will participate in the ceremony. Afterwards, you are invited to tour the museum. Refreshments will be provided.
The Wilson County Veteran’s Museum will open to the public Friday, Oct. 20. The museum will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday by appointment. For more information, please call the Wilson County Veteran’s Affairs Office at (615) 444-2640.
